• Duration of the program is about 2,5 hours.
• Transfers from/to are included from Rakkavaarantie street from the set bus stops, Restaurant Draivi, Hotel Crazy Reindeer, Hotel Levi Panorama, Olo Resort, Reindeer Manor Levi, Arctic Nook, Utsunkulma, West Point and Golden Crown. Pickups will start 30 minutes to 1-hour before the tour starts. Exact pickup time will be informed by email the day before. If you don´t receive this email, please contact us.
• If you don’t need a pickup, you can meet your guide at our Safari Office in the center of Levi, 30-minutes before the scheduled starting time of your tour. Address is Levintie 1585.
• Please be ready at the pick up point 5 mins before pick up time

• Missed meeting time and point will result on missed safari which will not be refunded.
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
