Hiking tour to Vaattunkiköngäs

Your day starts when you meet your guide outside of your accommodation. From there it is time to start your journey to the magnificent hiking area of Vaattunkiköngäs, which is located about 25 kilometres from Rovaniemi. The Arctic Circle Hiking Area offers excellent opportunities for nature lovers to pursue a wide range of outdoor activities. During your hike you will see the finest rapids of the Raudanjoki River, valuable assortment of bird and plant species at the Könkäänsaaret Islands and hundreds of years old pine and cornifer forests. In the middle of your hike you will have a break, during which your guide will serve some small snacks for you. After your enjoyable hike in the peace of Lappish nature, your guide will drop you back to your accommodation.
