Snowmobile Park is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team for the upcoming season in Rovaniemi and Levi. We have various exciting positions available!
Safari guide ❄️
Lead guests on unforgettable snowmobile and vehicle adventures through Lapland’s stunning landscapes. As a Safari Guide, you create atmosphere, ensure safety, and share the magic of Lapland with our visitors.
- Guide snowmobile, reindeer, husky, and ice-fishing safaris
- Ensure guest safety and enjoyment during activities
- Share local nature, culture, and stories throughout the experience
- Assist guests with dressing and equipment before safaris
- Maintain equipment and manage returns after activities
- Collaborate closely with the team and adapt to changing situations
Valid driving license is required (minimum B).
Elf 🎄
Bring festive joy and magical moments to children and families! As an Elf, you’ll entertain guests, assist Santa Claus, and participate in activities at the Elf Hat Academy, creating unforgettable holiday experiences.
- Entertain children with games, crafts, and playful activities
- Assist Santa Claus as needed
- Participate in festive activities like cookie baking, snowman building, and snowball games
- Bring cheer and creativity to the Elf Hat Academy and surrounding areas
Front desk & office staff 🧑💻
Provide the first point of contact for guests and support the smooth operation of daily activities. This role is perfect for proactive, friendly, and organized individuals who enjoy working with people.
- Deliver excellent customer service at the front desk
- Handle emails, phone inquiries, and administrative tasks
- Support other operational tasks depending on experience and skills
Vehicle & trail maintenance staff 🛞
Maintain snowmobiles, vehicles, and trails to ensure everything is ready for safe and memorable adventures behind the scenes.
- Prepare and inspect snowmobiles and other vehicles
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs
- Monitor vehicle condition and report necessary servicing
- Maintain and ensure safety of assigned trails
- Clear snow at station and on trails using shovel, snowmobile, or small machinery
- Collaborate with guides and other staff
Valid driving license is required (minimum B).
What we expect from you:
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and guest-oriented attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions (for field roles) or in a busy environment (for office/front desk roles)
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with the team
- Fluent English; other languages are a plus
- Minimum age or license requirements depending on the role (e.g., 16+ for mini track, B driving license for certain roles)
- Previous experience is a plus but not required — a positive and flexible mindset is most important!
